HX AC Electric Arc Furnace is divided into normal power, high power and ultra high power according to matched power. It also can be divided into dependent foundation, conjoined foundation, large pivotal bearing and four connecting link structure by roof swing mechanism. There are left operation and right operation type for user’s selection.
The AC EAF consists of furnace body, tilting mechanism, electrode lift mechanism, furnace roof, roof swing mechanism, water cooling system, hydraulic system, furnace transformer, secondary current system, H.T. system and automatic control system. HX AC EAF is used to make high quality steel and alloyed steel. The capacity is available from 0.5t to 100t.
